This has been one busy month for us...considering we are usually pretty low key, you might even say hermitish. Colee has been able to carve pumpkins with her cousins at Aunt Cheer's house...Cheer is the BEST and most amazing Aunt Ever!! She seriously is so much fun and has more energy than I can fathom!! This year we were able to be here for the Hansen Halloween party. It was a lot of fun and my cousins are so cute and get really into it. Mike and i did not dress up this year but let me just say how dang cute our baby was!! She dressed up as Snow White and oh she was cute!! But, she was not so much fun to say the least. She was really nervous with everyone else all dressed up with masks and all. I had envisioned her Halloween this year so differently, but she was still so cute. I don't have very good photos as she wouldn't stand still without one of us holding her. Aunt Sheraka invited us to go up to Ebay and trick or treat in the offices. They really go all out with each section decorating and dressing up. Sheraka was the Queen from Snow White but I dressed Colee as Dora the Explorer. It would have been cute if she was Snow White with Aunt Sher. All of the Ebay employees went nuts over her "costume" (which was a mis-matched outfit and a back pack with the "map" sticking out of it). She really did look just like Dora. Then Sher and Marks took Colee to a few of the neighbors tonight and she loved going to the houses and getting treats.
Mike has been busy working on the basement....we can't wait for our own space!! We (Mike) is painting this weekend and then will be ready for tile next week. We really want to be all moved in by Thanksgiving.
Here are some pictures from this month to get me caught up. I have been addicted to the news with the upcoming election and have not been blogging. Every few days Mike asks if I have updated the blog for his family and now I can say yes when he asks...phew!

Tubes!!

This last weekend we decided to take Colee to Cabella's. You should hear her say "Cabella's", it's super cute!! We have heard so much about this place since it was built but have never gone. Colee loved the animals more than the fish tanks which was surprising. She didn't want to leave the main display right when you walk in the doors.
Today she had tubes put in her ears. I didn't have my camera which I am so sad about! She looked so cute in the little hospital gown!! She did really well considering the circumstances and the fact that she was surrounded by nurses...she is not a fan of nurses but loves Dr. Whiting : ) The ENT warned us that she would be really upset for most of the morning after the surgery so Mike took the day off to help me out with her...thank you honey, your a life saver!!

Amazing man!

My heart is so full for the love of a man that is so amazing! Mike is such a wonderful husband and an absolute incredible father! I am not sure what I did to be so blessed to have this man in my life but I am grateful for him every day and grateful he loves me back.
Mike works so hard for his family and each night when he gets home he spends the few hours he has for himself taking care of us. When Colee hears the door open and she knows it's that time of day for daddy to be coming home, she lights up and runs for the door. She is daddy's little girl!
Thank you honey for being the greatest blessing of my life! I love you!!

Cute kids!

The adorable neighbor kids were playing in mom's front yard and Colee saw the two little ones (Eliza and Daniel) so she opened the door and cute little Eliza came and took her hand and walked her out to play with all the kids. The older girls were so cute with her.
Although Eliza is more than a year older than Colee, my sweet little baby is just a little bit bigger than her but when they were holding hands Eliza said, "Adara, Adara, look at this baby" it was the funniest thing ever! Okay, so I guess you had to be there but it was so cute!
I love the middle picture where Colee is looking over at the oler girl with a look of "okay, now what?"

Colee

Colee at 22 months:

-She now calls me Heather and she says it in a very deep, authoritative voice...almost like she is angry. Daddy was Mike a few months ago but now he is "daddy" again but now I am Heather.
-When you ask her where aunt Bubby (Collette) lives, she will say, "Doja" (Georgia)
-She LOVES horses and we walk to them almost every night. She is able to say that they say "neigh" and also "click, click' with her tongue
-She loves to sit on our lap if we are on the computer and look at blogs...especially if she is in the pics. When she sees pics of her best friend, Cameron, she says "boy". I think it is because whenever he is with us or we are talking about him we refer to him as Her Boy.
-We live with my parents now and she LOVES her uncle Heath. First thing when she wakes up she starts yelling "bone, bone" and he is the first stop on her way out to watch Wiggles. I am positive he loves it at 7 AM!
-When she is at the grocery store she will ask almost every person we pass..."want bite?"
-Mike has taught her how to climb on the neighbors play yard. She is actually really good but now she climbs up everything in the house...cupboards, change table, fireplace...whatever she can find to get Nana upset.
-She adores aunt Sheraka! Whenever Sheraka comes over Colee runs to get her shoes because she just knows aunt Sheraka will take her to do something fun!

Colee has gotten so big the last few months here with my parents. She is so much fun. She is the light of our lives. Daddy and I feel so blessed to have her with us!

My mom, Colee and I drove up to Kennewick, Wa. to stay with Isaac and Lea's boys for a few days and we had the best time! We absolutely love their neighborhood and had a great time with the boys and their new dog, Major. Colee was in HEAVEN with her boys and she loved to play with Major as long as there was the glass door between them!
