Halloween 2009

Notice the chaperone's were un-knowingly representing the Mt. West Conference

Look at these two cute girls!! They are best friends and so excited to trick-or-treat together

Mike wanted to scare the kids with this mask but we were out too late with the girls and he missed all the neighbor kids.

So Halloween is so not my holiday BUT I did make sugar cookie dough & Colee had fun making cookies with mom

Colee LOVES and I mean LOVES her cousins!! She plays really well with Gavin especially. He had a costume themed b-day party and Colee was beyond excited to go. It was her first b-day party and she got to dress up...she had so much fun and still talks about it to this day!

All ready to go to the party!

This was a fun dress up year for Colee. She loved her red cheer leading costume her daddy bought. It was not the first one we got or even the 2nd but by the 3rd trip to Wal-mart this was the one! I REALLY wanted her to be Wonder Woman so I ordered it on line, of course, but when it got here she hated all the attachments so it had to go :( I had even purchased the WW box set on e-bay so she knew exactly who WW was! Mike took it back and brought home a fairy princess one that was so cute but it was way too long for miss short legs. So off he went again and came home with the red cheerleader one and it was a hit! She wears it almost every morning.
I had lots of fun things planned for Colee and I to do the last week before the actual Holiday but those did not pan out since I got sick and then so did Mike but I did manage to make some sugar cookie dough for her to make cookies with and thank goodness for the annual Ebay Halloween party!! She loved the idea of the Ebay party and talked about it all day waiting for London to get out of school. However....she was scared too death the whole time there! She was literally screaming and hanging on for dear life to aunt Sher whenever they would pass someone with a mask on, which was basically the whole place! So, they only made it through half of one floor and had to leave...sorry aunt Sher! What a mess my daughter is when it comes to masks of any kind, that includes maskots or anyone in a suit that she deems scarey! She freaks out even if she sees a mask sitting on the table, not even being worn!! She was actually worse this year than last, I thought she would be better since she understands it a little more but that was not the case.
