California!

Colee and I were invited to Cali by our friends and we took them up on the offer! We had the BEST time. Other than my daughter Dislikes Disneyland :( in fact in her words to not only her daddy when he picked us up but also to both my parents at separate times, she made it very clear.."she hated Disneyland" I honestly have no idea why. I was patient (for me) and we even spent an hour in line to meet the princesses but she just wanted to go back to Keri's house and be with her boy, Camo. And that was just fine with me... I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE watching those two together. They laugh like crazy and just love each other. No fighting usually unless one of them is tired. It is the best.
The highlight of the trip for Colee, besides her boy, was the BEACH. When we took her to Mexico last year she would not have anything to do with the water and stayed far, far, far away from the ocean. I assumed it would be the same this time...boy was I wrong. She kept running in without me no less and laughing and she kept yelling, "mom, this is Awesome!" She brought home her treasured sea shells and dug in the sand. It was great and now I know that all she needs is a beach to go to. Her daddy loved to hear that.
Brent surprised Keri and bought tickets for the two of us girls to go to Laguna Beach to the Art Pageant. It was so incredible. I highly recommend it. We just loved being out without kids and just relaxed. We went to dinner afterward and just enjoyed our time together. Thank you Brent not only for the tickets but also for watching the kids for us!! We truly loved it.
Thanks again Cranmer's for the trip...it was fantastic and we miss you tons already!
