Sheraka is the best Sister and Aunt we could ask for and not to mention she

is the most fun to be around, always willing and ready to go and do whatever

is mentioned that involves fun! Sheraka has always been my rock through out

the years...so much more emotionally stable than I ever was!! She is my

best friend and Colee goes nuts when she sees her aunt Sher!!

Colee loves.....Papa!!

For the last few weeks Colee and I have been helping my mom with her niece which has provided us the opportunity to get to see Grandpa and Grandma Hansen more than usual. Colee has fallen in LOVE with Papa Hansen!! She absolutely adores him! The entire car ride over to their home she says, "Papa Hansen" "See Papa", it is so cute. Then when we get there she only has eyes for him. I even remind her each time we go over that she has a Grandma there too, but, it is only Papa she is interested in for now. Papa will oblige her every whim, even playing with the toys with her as she will not allow him to leave her side. If he even tries to leave her for a moment she will protest with a "papa, papa, papa, please 'mere" and who could really resist that?
We are so very lucky to have my grandparents so close to us and have such a close relationship with them. They are the greatest examples of unconditional love in my life. I look up to my grandparents in all things and always have throughout my life. When I was little I even thought that on the other side of my grandpas office door, that my grandpa would be speaking face to face with the Lord :) I'm not sure how long I thought that. I would even try to look under the door for the bright light.

Novemer already!

I can't believe it is November already! This year has truly flown by. We have had a pretty mild October and it has been perfect for all the fun activities. Colee is getting bigger by the minute and now can say full sentences...she is such a hoot! I can't believe that next month my not so little baby is going to turn two!!
Last week when I sneezed she came running in the room and said, "bless you"! How did she even know to say that? Now she says it whenever she hears anyone sneeze.
She is still calling me Heather rather than mom. As the basement nears completion she will now take you down stairs and show you her room. She loves it! I think it will be good for her to have her own space and hopefully it is going to help her with her sleep habits...I will be able to help her with that without three other adults piping in with their opinions!!
