Our Sweet Baby Boy
Our Sweet little baby was born November 22, 2010. He is absolutely perfect and we love him so much!
Luke Michael is the name we chose and it fits him to a T. He is now almost six weeks old and we are getting into our groove with him. He has had and is still working on getting his nights and days switched around, he LOVES to be up from 10pm til about 6 am! Hopefully we get him fixed and sleeping at night before Mike goes back to work!! Please oh please give me any advice if you have any that will help us!
At first I was guilt ridden to the max with my sweet little Emee feeling like I had abandoned her but now she loves the baby and I try to give her as much alone time as possible. In fact, Luke is one lucky little man, he has the BEST older sisters in the world! Colee is once again the biggest helper and she just loves her Emers and baby Luke. We all feel so blessed to have this little man in our family.
The same week, in fact while I was in the hospital still, we moved from the basement to our beautiful new home! It is so beyond fantastic to be in our own space again. Mike and I both agree that the best part about our own home is the...GARAGE! Especially now that winter has hit us so hard.
The girls are doing so well here in our new home. Emee has gone from being a terrible sleeper to no bottle, and sleeping from 7:30 til 8-8:30 the next morning....it is HEAVEN! I wasn't really sure how Colee would do in her own room without Emee and being on the top floor by herself but she LOVES it!
Mike worked really hard to get us in here and settled (with the help of some seriously amazing family members) I am just so thankful for our blessings and for wonderful family!
