This has been a fun packed weekend that started with Isaac and Lea's wedding shower on Thursday. Colee and I drove up on Thursday morning to be here in time and she was SO good on the drive. I was dreading it because she has been a little stinker on our most recent trips up and this time I came alone but she was an absolute angel!!
The shower was so fun we got to see most of our good friends that we grew up with from the old neighborhood which was the best. I really miss that neighborhood. How blessed we were to live around such awesome friends!
Friday was Isaac, Garrison and McCall's birthday and Cheer and Gigi had a BBQ for them at their house. It was so much fun being with the three birthday kids. I just still can't believe McCall is 18!!!! She is so much fun and I love her group of friends I will miss being in St. George for their annual school shopping trip :(
Thank you Cheer for all of your hard work, it was a blast! (See Lacey's blog for pics from the bbq, there is a cute one of Colee right after she had shoved a whole marshmellow in her mouth).
Collette and Jacob flew in early Sunday morning and Colee and I went to pick them up. Collette has been so excited to see my baby but she is taking her time warming up to her aunt Bubby and she is making Jacob work extra hard to even get to be within three feet of her. It will just take a few days and of course taking her outside to jump and splash in the pool.
Mike is in St. George working and packing while I came up for the shower so we were without our AMAZING daddy/husband this Father's Day. I am so blessed and lucky to have such an incredible husband and friend. He truly is the one person I want to be around all the time. Mike is such an awesome Dad to Colee. She lights up when she hears him coming home each night, its the best part of her day. We love and miss you honey!!
Here are some photos from the last few days.
I found these sunglasses at the store that she really keeps on AND they fit her head!!
Band practice is serious business at our house!
Colee with Papa and Drum, she loves her Papa Hansen!!
Move over Hannah Montana, Colee and London are movin' in
Ready to help Nana with yard work!
This is what happens when Nana asks Colee to fill her pool with the hose, she just jumps in.

Fun at Nana Mom's
Mike and I were up at my mom's this last week working out some possibilities with new jobs and Colee had so much fun with her Nana, Papa and sister/cousin, London. She played in the little water pool and water toy that sprayed in all directions. She absolutely LOVES water. In St. George we have water parks that I take her to and she has no fear what so ever. She loves having the water spray right in her face. She is so funny.
Some of the pics that will be posted are when uncle Isaac or "eyes" as Colee says, took London and Colee to the ice cream man and then her getting it all over...so fun. There is a funny one that I hope comes out on the screen of Colee shutting herself in the pantry and then smashing her face up against it asking for "hep" to get out. As soon as I would get her out she would want to get right back in of course. We played that little game for a while. There are some super cute ones of when aunt Lea did her hair in two french braids....it was so cute but of course only lasted about fifteen minutes because her hair is just so straight and soft it won't hold curl or stay in braids. I can't remember all of the pictures but there are some cute ones.
We had such a great time this last week. Thank you Mom and Dad for a great time and for always helping out with the Bubbas.
